Beijing, Dalian, Qingdao, Xiamen, Guangzhou, Incheon and Hanoi appear in the same timetable but are flown by All Nippon Airways under NH flight numbers and are therefore not recorded as NCA stations.

Nippon Cargo Airlines Co., Ltd. (NCA) describes itself as Japan's only dedicated all-cargo airline. Since 1 August 2025 it has been a wholly owned subsidiary of ANA HOLDINGS INC.; before that the majority was held by the shipping group Nippon Yusen (NYK). The company was established on 27 September 1978 and flew its inaugural service on 8 May 1985 from Narita via San Francisco to New York with a Boeing 747-200F. NCA operates dedicated freighters only: eight Boeing 747-8Fs, wide-body aircraft with a nose door for oversized and heavy consignments. The carrier does not market belly capacity of its own. Its hub is Tokyo Narita (NRT). In the summer 2026 timetable NCA serves Anchorage, Chicago O'Hare, Los Angeles, Dallas Fort Worth and New York JFK in North America, Amsterdam, Milan Malpensa and Frankfurt in Europe, and Shanghai Pudong, Hong Kong, Singapore, Bangkok and Taipei in Asia with its own metal. Code-share flights numbered KZ7xxx and operated by Atlas Air supplement the network, as do road feeder services from Amsterdam, Frankfurt, Hong Kong and Shanghai. Since the group merger the NCA timetable also lists All Nippon Airways freighter flights; these carry NH flight numbers and therefore do not move under the NCA air waybill prefix. For forwarders: IATA designator KZ, ICAO designator NCA, air waybill prefix 933. Shipment tracking runs through the in-house N-trac service, which sends status messages per master air waybill by e-mail. The PRIO product range covers temperature-controlled pharmaceuticals, live animals, vehicles, artwork, express consignments and guaranteed capacity; for pharmaceuticals the carrier has held IATA CEIV Pharma certification at its Narita hub since March 2021. One point matters for planning: the ANA group will merge Nippon Cargo Airlines, NCA Japan and ANA Cargo into a single company on 1 April 2027. Nippon Cargo Airlines remains the operating entity, keeping its air transport business licence and its Air Operator Certificate; the market-facing brand becomes ANA Nippon Cargo.
