A 2,170-metre runway, two taxiways and a single terminal make up Khojaly Airport (ICAO: UBBS) in the Karabakh region, now undergoing reconstruction that will extend the runway to 3,000 metres. The field came under Azerbaijani administration after 2023 and, as of late 2025, had not resumed civilian flights. There is no cargo terminal and no scheduled freight service. For now, air cargo for the area is routed through Heydar Aliyev International Airport (GYD) in Baku.
