Operated by the Algerian Air Force, Blida Air Base (DAAB) is a military field southwest of Algiers with no scheduled commercial or cargo service. Its history reaches back to Operation Torch in November 1942, when Allied squadrons took over the site. Civilian airfreight is not handled here at all.
