Cebu Pacific Cargo is the freight arm of Cebu Air, Inc., which trades as Cebu Pacific and belongs to the Philippine holding company JG Summit Holdings, Inc. Its head office is in the Cebu Pacific Building on Domestic Road in Pasay City near Manila. IATA lists the carrier with the designator 5J, the ICAO code CEB and the airline code 203, so air waybills begin with 203. Cebu Pacific is a low-cost passenger airline, and its freight travels exclusively as belly cargo on passenger aircraft. Two ATR 72-500s converted to freighters, which entered service in 2019 and 2020 and were flown by the subsidiary Cebgo, went into storage in May 2023. In July 2024 the company announced its exit from all-cargo operations, and since the 2025 financial year both aircraft have been carried as assets held for sale. The fleet therefore consists of Airbus A320 family types, the Airbus A330neo and ATR 72-600s operated by Cebgo. The hubs are Manila (MNL), Mactan-Cebu (CEB) and Clark (CRK). The cargo counters in Manila and Cebu operate around the clock: in Manila acceptance and delivery run through the Cebu Pacific Cargo Terminal on Domestic Road in Pasay City, in Cebu through the Cargo Complex at Mactan International Airport. Further cargo stations exist in Davao, Iloilo, Bacolod and Cagayan de Oro. One restriction matters for forwarders: Cebu Pacific accepts international shipments only through IATA-accredited freight forwarders. Accepted traffic covers general cargo, perishables including fresh marine products and meat, dangerous goods subject to prior approval, live animals and human remains. Explosives, infectious substances and radioactive items are excluded. Shipment tracking runs through the carrier's SmartKargo portal.
