Passar 3.0 is the third expansion stage of the Swiss goods traffic system Passar (BAZG). After Passar 1.0 (transit and export) and Passar 2.0 (import), from 2028 it gradually digitalises the monitored procedures — such as customs warehousing, temporary admission or inward and outward processing — and the previously paper-based forms. The aim is to handle even the more complex and special customs procedures fully electronically via Passar, thereby completing the DaziT programme. For companies holding authorisations for special procedures this means a further migration after the import migration. The specific dates and scope of functions are continuously detailed by the BAZG in the Passar roadmap. Not to be confused with Passar 1.0 and 2.0, which concern standard goods traffic (export, transit, import). As of June 2026.
