Unlike domestic shipments, every export requires a specific documentation package: commercial invoice (sale contract and price basis), packing list (packaging and quantity verification), certificate of origin (for duty benefits), bill of lading or air waybill (transport contract), customs declaration, and depending on the goods, additional official certificates (phytosanitary, dangerous goods, declaration of conformity).
