Per quarterly statistics from the Philippine Civil Aeronautics Board, PAL carried 21,330,000 kilogrammes of international cargo and mail in the first quarter of 2026, a 17.14% market share and the largest of any international cargo carrier in the country. Cebu Pacific ranked second with 18,610,000 kilogrammes and 14.95%.

PAL Cargo est la division fret de Philippine Airlines, Inc., transporteur national des Philippines et plus ancienne compagnie aérienne d'Asie exploitée sans interruption sous son nom d'origine. La société appartient au groupe coté PAL Holdings, Inc. et opère sous le code IATA PR, le code OACI PAL et l'indicatif radio PHILIPPINE. Les lettres de transport aérien sont émises sous le préfixe LTA 079. Selon la liste des titulaires de CTA en vigueur publiée par la Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines, le certificat de transporteur aérien porte le numéro 2009001 et est valable jusqu'au 30 septembre 2027. Le 16 juin 2025, la compagnie a rebaptisé sa division fret existante sous la marque PAL Cargo.
