At 591 feet on the northern island of Príncipe, PCP is a short-strip domestic field roughly 150 km from the main island of São Tomé. It is served only by the light aircraft of STP Airways and Africa's Connection on the inter-island hop, carrying tourists bound for the UNESCO biosphere reserve and supplies for a population of a few thousand. There is no cargo terminal and no freighter operator, so air freight in any meaningful sense does not happen here. Consignments for Príncipe move as belly cargo via São Tomé (TMS) and onward through the real cargo hubs of Lisbon and Lomé. For forwarders the island is always a connection behind TMS, never a standalone freight gateway.
