From April 2026, Cargolux and Japan Airlines began cooperating on the Narita–Luxembourg and Narita–Chicago corridors. Passenger traffic stays compact at just over 5 million, led by home carrier Luxair. Forwarders reach the site via the A1 motorway, with road links to Belgium, France and Germany making it the natural RFS node of the Greater Region.
