Bíldudalur (IATA: BIU, ICAO: BIBD) is a small airfield on a fjord arm in Iceland's Westfjords, served by subsidised domestic flights to Reykjavík (RKV). There is no cargo terminal, no freighter operation and no customs facility; at most small volumes travel as belly load on the light aircraft, so freight relevance stays low. Salmon from the aquaculture operations in Arnarfjörður, the town's economic mainstay, leaves by road or sea, while Iceland's air freight clears at Keflavík (KEF), with Ísafjörður (IFJ) the nearest larger regional field.
