IAG Cargo is the cargo division of International Consolidated Airlines Group (IAG) and markets the freight capacity of five group airlines: British Airways, Iberia, Aer Lingus, Vueling and LEVEL. The legal entity is IAG Cargo Limited, registered at Carrus Cargo Centre, London Heathrow Airport, with UK company number 08075326 and listed as active since 18 May 2012. The brand itself was created in April 2011 through the merger of British Airways World Cargo and Iberia Cargo. IAG Cargo holds no air operator certificate of its own and carries no IATA or ICAO designator of its own; all flying is performed under the codes of the group airlines. The business model is belly cargo. The company operates no freighters of its own. As of September 2026 its fleet page lists the group passenger fleet, including 46 Boeing 777-200, 22 Airbus A330-200, 18 Boeing 787-9, 16 Airbus A330-300 and 336 Airbus A320. According to the carrier this provides more than 500 aircraft and around 12,000 flights a week, reaching over 250 destinations in more than 90 countries. The hubs are London Heathrow, Madrid-Barajas, Dublin and Barcelona-El Prat; the carrier states that London handles over 500,000 tonnes a year and Madrid over 200,000 tonnes. Documentation is what matters for forwarders: shipments move on AWB prefixes 125 (British Airways) and 075 (Iberia), and the eAWB agreement with IAG Cargo activates both prefixes. Since 1 July 2025 a paper AWB on an eAWB-enabled route costs GBP 70, EUR 80 or USD 93. The product range includes Constant Climate (pharma, around 100 GDP-compliant stations), Critical, Prioritise, Secure, dangerous goods, live animals and airmail. In 2025 IAG Cargo reported revenue of EUR 1,234 million.
