Customs clearance documents

Documents that must be submitted to customs authorities during the customs clearance process of goods at the border. These typically include commercial invoices, packing lists, transport documents (e.g. bills of lading or waybills), certificates of origin, customs declarations, and if necessary, licenses and certificates. They are used to verify, assess duties and control the cross-border movement of goods.
