Singapore Airlines Cargo, nota sul mercato come SIA Cargo, è la divisione merci di Singapore Airlines Limited, con sede in Airline Road a Singapore. Da luglio 2001 a fine marzo 2018 SIA Cargo era una società controllata autonoma; il 1º aprile 2018 è stata reintegrata come divisione della capogruppo. Le merci viaggiano quindi oggi sotto il certificato di operatore aereo di Singapore Airlines: codice IATA SQ, designatore ICAO SIA, prefisso AWB 618. La divisione cargo non dispone più di un codice di compagnia proprio. Il modello operativo combina aerei tutto-merci e capacità di stiva. Al 31 marzo 2026 la flotta cargo contava sette Boeing 747-400F con un'età media di 22 anni e quattro mesi. Singapore Airlines opera inoltre cinque Boeing 777-200 cargo in livrea congiunta DHL-SIA, sulla base di un accordo di equipaggio e manutenzione firmato con DHL Express nel marzo 2022. A ciò si aggiunge la capacità di stiva delle flotte passeggeri di Singapore Airlines e Scoot. Il portafoglio ordini comprende sette Airbus A350F, la cui entrata in servizio è in preparazione. SIA Cargo è stata la prima compagnia dell'Asia-Pacifico a ottenere la certificazione IATA CEIV Pharma nel 2017 ed è stata ricertificata nel 2020 e nel 2023. Nell'esercizio 2025/26 il fatturato cargo ha raggiunto 2'167 milioni di dollari di Singapore e il load factor cargo il 56,3 per cento.
