Finnair Cargo Oy est la division fret de la compagnie aérienne finlandaise Finnair Oyj. Elle commercialise uniquement la capacité en soute de la flotte passagers et n'exploite aucun avion tout-cargo. L'ensemble de l'activité est organisé autour du hub d'Helsinki-Vantaa (HEL), où Finnair Cargo exploite depuis 2018 le COOL Nordic Cargo Hub, un terminal sous température dirigée conçu pour les produits pharmaceutiques, les produits de la mer nordiques et autres denrées périssables. En 2025, Finnair Cargo a réalisé un chiffre d'affaires de 204,5 millions d'euros et transporté près de 139 000 tonnes de fret. La capacité provient de la flotte Airbus de Finnair. Au 11 septembre 2026, le transporteur indique 17 Airbus A350, 8 Airbus A330, 22 Airbus A321, 10 Airbus A320, 6 Airbus A319 et 12 Embraer 190 ; un A350 offre jusqu'à 95 mètres cubes et 23 000 kilogrammes de volume de fret. Pour la saison d'été 2026, Finnair annonce environ 60 destinations en Europe et 15 destinations long-courrier en Asie, au Moyen-Orient et en Amérique du Nord. Les liaisons en gros-porteur au départ d'Helsinki desservent notamment Tokyo (Haneda et Narita), Osaka, Nagoya, Séoul, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Singapour, Bangkok, Delhi, Chicago, Dallas, Los Angeles, New York, Seattle et Toronto, ainsi qu'Amsterdam, Bruxelles, Londres et Munich en Europe. Un service routier d'apport (RFS) prolonge le réseau vers la Scandinavie, les pays baltes et l'Europe du Nord. Pour les transitaires : les envois circulent sous le code IATA AY et le préfixe LTA 105, le code OACI étant FIN. La réservation et le suivi passent par Finnair Cargo Online ainsi que par les plateformes cargo.one, WebCargo, CargoAi et CPS. Finnair a été en 2015 la première compagnie aérienne au monde certifiée IATA CEIV Pharma ; la compagnie et le terminal COOL ont été recertifiés en 2024.
