(cotée à la Bourse de Shanghai sous le code 601156) et appartient donc au groupe China Eastern Airlines. Fondée en 1998, elle a été la première compagnie chinoise spécialisée exclusivement dans le fret et la poste aérienne. Le modèle repose sur deux piliers. D'une part les avions tout-cargo : fin 2025, le groupe exploitait 18 Boeing 777F d'un âge moyen de 4,25 ans ; après une livraison supplémentaire en février 2026, la flotte comptait 19 appareils au 27 mars 2026. D'autre part la soute : le groupe commercialise en exclusivité la capacité des plus de 800 avions passagers de China Eastern Airlines et, via SkyTeam, des accords de partage de code et des accords SPA, dessert 945 destinations dans 145 pays et territoires. De la capacité achetée et des services routiers complètent l'offre. Les bases opérationnelles sont Shanghai Hongqiao (SHA) et Shanghai Pudong (PVG), le trafic tout-cargo international passant par Pudong. Le groupe développe en outre Shenzhen (SZX) et Chongqing (CKG) comme plateformes régionales. En 2025, le réseau tout-cargo comptait 27 lignes régulières vers une vingtaine de villes internationales, dont New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Francfort, Amsterdam, Londres, Paris, Riyad, Budapest, Tokyo, Osaka, Séoul, Singapour, Bangkok et Hanoï. Pour les transitaires : les envois circulent sous le code IATA CK avec le préfixe de lettre de transport aérien 112 ; le code OACI est CKK.
