Turkish Cargo es la marca de carga de Türk Hava Yolları A.O. (Turkish Airlines Inc.), con sede en Estambul. No es una aerolínea independiente: todos los vuelos de carga operan bajo el certificado de operador aéreo de Turkish Airlines. La agencia europea AESA inscribe a Turkish Airlines Inc. con el número de operador TR-001 y los nombres comerciales Turkish Airlines, AnadoluJet y Turkish Cargo. Rigen por tanto los códigos de la matriz: código IATA TK, código OACI THY, prefijo AWB 235. Para los transitarios esto significa que cada guía aérea de Turkish Cargo empieza por la serie 235. El modelo operativo combina una flota cargueira propia con la capacidad en bodega de la red de pasajeros. Según el transportista, al 6 de septiembre de 2026 la flota de cargueros incluía once Boeing 777F y diez Airbus A330-200F, lo que sitúa a Turkish Cargo entre los mayores operadores del A330-200F. El Boeing 777F se emplea sobre todo en rutas de largo radio hacia América y Extremo Oriente. El hub es el aeropuerto de Estambul (IST). Desde 2022 Turkish Cargo concentra allí el tráfico en bodega y de cargueros en el centro de carga SMARTIST, al que el transportista atribuye una capacidad anual de unos 2,2 millones de toneladas; se ha anunciado una ampliación a 4,5 millones de toneladas para 2028. Según datos propios, Turkish Cargo atiende más de 370 estaciones en más de 120 países. En carga especial, Turkish Cargo posee las certificaciones IATA CEIV Pharma, CEIV Fresh y CEIV Live Animals, renovadas hasta 2029 en junio de 2026. La gama incluye TK Pharma, TK Fresh, TK Live, TK Care para mercancías peligrosas, TK Valuable y TK Courier para comercio electrónico. Reserva, programa de vuelos y seguimiento se gestionan en turkishcargo.com y en el portal de agentes TKGO.
