Singapore Airlines Cargo, conocida en el mercado como SIA Cargo, es la división de carga de Singapore Airlines Limited, con sede en Airline Road, Singapur. Desde julio de 2001 hasta finales de marzo de 2018 SIA Cargo fue una filial independiente; el 1 de abril de 2018 se reintegró como división de la matriz. Por ello la carga se transporta hoy bajo el certificado de operador aéreo de Singapore Airlines: código IATA SQ, designador OACI SIA, prefijo AWB 618. La división de carga ya no dispone de un código de aerolínea propio. El modelo operativo combina aviones cargueros y capacidad en bodega. A 31 de marzo de 2026 la flota carguera constaba de siete Boeing 747-400F con una edad media de 22 años y cuatro meses. Singapore Airlines opera además cinco Boeing 777-200 cargueros con librea conjunta DHL-SIA, en virtud de un acuerdo de tripulación y mantenimiento firmado con DHL Express en marzo de 2022. A ello se suma la capacidad en bodega de las flotas de pasajeros de Singapore Airlines y Scoot. La cartera de pedidos incluye siete Airbus A350F, cuya entrada en servicio se está preparando. El centro de operaciones es Singapur-Changi (SIN). Según la propia compañía, SIA Cargo sirve más de 100 ciudades en cargueros y en bodega, complementado con transporte por carretera a destinos seleccionados. La sede europea de carga se encuentra en Brucargo, en el aeropuerto de Bruselas, donde Singapore Airlines opera vuelos cargueros desde el 4 de septiembre de 1988. Para los transitarios cuentan los productos especializados: THRUCOOL para envíos farmacéuticos con temperatura controlada en 23 estaciones, THRUFRESH para perecederos en 17 estaciones, Swiftrider para envíos urgentes con confirmación automática hasta 500 kilogramos, además de programas para mercancías peligrosas y animales vivos. SIA Cargo fue la primera aerolínea de Asia-Pacífico en obtener la certificación IATA CEIV Pharma en 2017 y fue recertificada en 2020 y 2023. En el ejercicio 2025/26 los ingresos de carga alcanzaron 2'167 millones de dólares de Singapur y el coeficiente de ocupación de carga fue del 56,3 por ciento.
