PAL Cargo publishes no list of cargo stations; booking and network information sit behind the login on the cargo portal. Only the four cargo focal points named by the airline itself — Manila, Cebu, Clark and Davao — are therefore recorded.

Per quarterly statistics from the Philippine Civil Aeronautics Board, PAL carried 21,330,000 kilogrammes of international cargo and mail in the first quarter of 2026, a 17.14% market share and the largest of any international cargo carrier in the country. Cebu Pacific ranked second with 18,610,000 kilogrammes and 14.95%.

PAL Cargo es la división de carga de Philippine Airlines, Inc., aerolínea de bandera de Filipinas y la compañía aérea más antigua de Asia que sigue operando con su nombre original. La sociedad pertenece al grupo cotizado PAL Holdings, Inc. y opera con el código IATA PR, el código OACI PAL y el indicativo de radio PHILIPPINE. Los conocimientos aéreos se emiten con el prefijo AWB 079. Según la lista de titulares de AOC activos publicada por la Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines, el certificado de operador aéreo lleva el número 2009001 y es válido hasta el 30 de septiembre de 2027. El 16 de junio de 2025 la aerolínea rebautizó su división de carga con la marca PAL Cargo.
