Icelandair Cargo es la división de carga de la aerolínea islandesa Icelandair y forma parte del grupo cotizado Icelandair Group hf. Se constituyó a finales de 1999 como filial dedicada al negocio de carga y hoy opera como división Cargo del grupo; la sede está en Flugvellir 1, 221 Hafnarfjörður. Los vuelos se realizan bajo el certificado de operador aéreo de Icelandair, por lo que Icelandair Cargo utiliza los códigos de la matriz: código IATA FI, código OACI ICE, indicativo ICEAIR y prefijo AWB 108. El modelo operativo se apoya en dos pilares. En 2025 la división transportó 38'000 toneladas de carga frente a 37'000 toneladas el año anterior, con unos ingresos de 84,2 millones de dólares y un EBIT de 4,4 millones de dólares, equivalente a un margen del 5 por ciento. La pesca islandesa es la columna vertebral de la exportación: 22'000 toneladas de pescado fresco viajaron por vía aérea en 2025. En la importación predominan frutas y verduras, repuestos y comercio electrónico. Para los transitarios: Keflavik dispone de una nave de 10'000 metros cuadrados con control de temperatura y en Europa Icelandair Cargo mantiene una estación propia en Lieja. La oferta abarca carga general, perecederos, productos farmacéuticos, mercancías peligrosas, valores, sobredimensionados, animales vivos incluidos caballos y restos humanos. El seguimiento de envíos se realiza a través del portal CHAMP con el prefijo 108.
