Operated by the logistics group FESCO, the Vladivostok Commercial Sea Port (VMTP) is the largest universal port in the Russian Far East, with cargo turnover around 12.9 million tonnes. Its container terminal handled about 878,700 TEU in 2024, up 2.7%, keeping it Russia's leading container port for a fifth straight year, with the operator aiming to lift throughput to 1.2 million TEU by 2028.
