Aerotranscargo SRL is a Moldovan cargo airline based in Chisinau. The company holds air operator certificate MD 011 issued by the Civil Aviation Authority of the Republic of Moldova for category A2 (cargo transport); the certificate is dated 23 February 2012 and has unlimited validity. The airline itself states November 2014 as its date of establishment. Aerotranscargo belongs to the AIR ONE International Holdings network. Within the group, Aerotranscargo SRL holds the Moldovan AOC and operates the flights, while AeroTransCargo FZE in Sharjah acts as the asset management company owning aircraft and engines and leasing them to the group's operating airlines. Sister companies are One Air Limited with a British AOC (HGO/HE) and ROMCargo Airlines with a Romanian AOC. The business model is pure freighter operation in full charter and ACMI leasing; the company does not publish a scheduled timetable of its own. Capacity is sold through AIR ONE Aviation. The fleet comprises five Boeing 747-400 aircraft (as of September 2026): four converted 747-400BDSF freighters registered ER-BAM, ER-BAJ, ER-BAG and ER-JAI, plus one factory-built 747-400F registered ER-BBJ. The home base is Chisinau, with an operations office in the Sharjah Airport free zone. Aerotranscargo uses IATA designator F5 and ICAO code ATG. A three-digit AWB prefix of its own could not be substantiated from primary sources and is therefore left blank. The company is IOSA registered and holds Part-TCO authorisations from EASA and the UK CAA, along with foreign air operator certificates (FAOC) for Australia, Brazil, Canada, China, Malaysia, Mexico, the Philippines and Vietnam. Important for forwarders: Aerotranscargo does not operate consignment-level shipment tracking. Capacity is marketed exclusively as full charter or ACMI; air waybills are handled by the respective charterer.
