As of June 2026 — In summer 2025 the United States imposed a peak tariff of 50 percent on imports from Brazil, made up of the 10 percent reciprocal baseline tariff (EO 14326) and an additional, politically motivated 40 percent surcharge (Executive Order 14323 of 30 July 2025, effective 6 August 2025).
