A set of performance metrics (KPI) that assesses the performance of the outbound carrier responsible for transporting goods from the shipper to the destination. Typical metrics include pickup on-time, on-time delivery, transit time, cost per shipment, communication reliability, and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
