NCTS Response Message

An NCTS Response Message is an electronic reply within the New Computerised Transit System (NCTS) that confirms receipt and processing of an electronic transit declaration and communicates decisions or required actions (such as amendments, refusals, releases, or other determinations) to proceed with the transport procedure under EU Transit rules.
