An Evidence Pack is a compiled bundle of documents, data and records that proves key facts about a shipment (goods description, quantity, origin, ownership, condition, and transit history) and is used to support claims, audits, customs clearance, compliance, and liability determinations. Typical components include commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, proof of delivery, certificates, photographs, tracking data, and insurance documents.
