The Agreement on Trade Facilitation is a multilateral agreement under the World Trade Organization (WTO) designed to expedite the movement, release and clearance of goods across borders by simplifying, harmonizing and modernizing customs procedures and enhancing cooperation among customs and other relevant authorities.
