Para los transitarios importan dos puntos: National dispone de un prefijo AWB propio, el 416, y de un seguimiento de envíos por MAWB, HAWB o número de referencia. En cambio, el transportista no publica escalas regulares fijas; las reservas se gestionan a través de los equipos de venta chárter y del Systems Operations Centre de Orlando, operativo las 24 horas.
