About This Seaport
Whitby's commercial cargo runs across Endeavour Wharf, which offers some 5,000 square metres of open quay storage and can load or discharge two ships at once. The tidal harbour on the North Yorkshire coast takes coasters of up to about 3,000 DWT, handling grain, steel products, timber and potash from the nearby Boulby mine.
