AIRZETA lists branch offices and agencies at the following locations on its contact page (as at 14 September 2026): Korea – Seoul, Incheon. Northeast Asia – Shanghai, Tianjin, Guangzhou, Yantai, Chengdu, Hong Kong, Tokyo, Qingdao, Osaka, Nagoya. Europe – Frankfurt, Brussels, London, Vienna, Milan. North America – San Francisco, Los Angeles, New York, Chicago, Seattle, Anchorage, Atlanta, Dallas. Central Asia – Almaty. Southeast Asia – Singapore, Bangkok, Hanoi. The carrier gives city names only and does not distinguish between a sales office and an online station served by its aircraft. Assigning individual airports would be guesswork for several of these cities and was therefore not done.

AIRZETA CO., LTD. is a Korean all-cargo airline headquartered at Incheon Airport, with a second office in the Magok district of Seoul. The company operated as Air Incheon until 31 July 2025 and took over Asiana Airlines' international freighter business on 1 August 2025. The transaction was a condition imposed by the European Commission for clearing Korean Air's acquisition of Asiana; trade press puts the purchase price at USD 322.5 million. Ten Boeing 747 freighters and one Boeing 767 freighter transferred together with the associated route network. On completion the company renamed itself AIRZETA and has since been regarded as Korea's second-largest cargo carrier. The operating model rests entirely on its own freighters; there is no belly business. The carrier operates Boeing 747-400, Boeing 767-300 and Boeing 737-800 aircraft in freighter configuration. In March 2026 the company put its fleet at around 15 freighters; documented unit counts per type are not available from primary sources. Incheon is the hub. Since November 2025 AIRZETA has additionally operated a European hub at Vienna Airport with six weekly rotations to Incheon. For forwarders the relevant identifiers are IATA code KJ, ICAO code AIH and AWB prefix 994; the standard product is named ZETA 994 accordingly. The ICAO callsign changed from AIR INCHEON to QUANTUM SKY with effect from 1 July 2026. Booking, tracking, e-AWB and schedule enquiries run through the agent portal at portal.airzetacargo.com. The carrier also offers ZETA Special for project and special cargo, an Air Express Service, trucking connections as well as GPS trackers and data loggers. According to company statements, AIRZETA holds IATA CEIV certifications for lithium batteries (November 2025) and for Pharma and Fresh (March 2026).
