Unload-Load Sequencing refers to the process of planning and executing the order in which incoming goods are unloaded and outbound shipments are loaded onto transport vehicles. The aim is to optimize operations by arranging items so that those needed first at the next destination are most accessible, thereby minimizing handling time, labor and transportation delays.
