DAP unloading risk

Under DAP, the seller bears all risks and costs to deliver the goods to the named place, ready for unloading; the risk of unloading transfers to the buyer when the goods are placed at the disposal of the buyer, ready for unloading, at the named place. Unloading itself and any related costs are borne by the buyer unless otherwise agreed.
