In logistics and procurement, Passar release acceptance refers to the formal authorization process in which it is verified that the goods, documentation, quality, and contractual criteria are met so that the goods or deliveries may be released for further shipping or use. It is a release/acceptance inspection performed prior to onward transport or utilization of the item.
