A non-vessel cargo consolidation hub is a logistics facility operated by an NVOCC (Non-Vessel Operating Common Carrier) to group less-than-container load (LCL) shipments from multiple shippers into full-container loads (FCL), or to break down FCL consignments into individual LCL deliveries.
