NCTS guarantee framework

The NCTS guarantee framework is the security instrument under the New Computerized Transit System (NCTS). It is used to secure the obligations arising from a transit procedure (duties, taxes and charges). The guarantor is liable if the transit is not properly completed or obligations are not fulfilled.
