KV resilience describes the ability of a critical value chain (KV) or supply chain to anticipate, withstand, adapt to, and recover from disruptions. It encompasses threat anticipation, risk mitigation, alternative sourcing, flexible capacities, and effective recovery processes to return to normal operations quickly after a disruption.
