In a logistics/supply chain context, 'Joint Targeting' refers to the coordinated, cross-organizational process of identifying, prioritizing, and targeting scarce or critical resources and objectives across multiple partners (suppliers, carriers, warehouses, and customers) to maximize overall supply chain performance and service levels.
