IFS Food is an internationally recognised certification standard for companies that manufacture, process, or store foodstuffs, setting out requirements for food safety, quality management, and hygiene. Developed by European retail associations, it is required by major retailers and food manufacturers throughout the supply chain as evidence of reliable operational practices.
