Under FCA (Free Carrier), the seller delivers the goods, including required commercial and shipping documents, to the carrier named by the buyer at a named place, after the goods have been duly cleared for export. The document handover is the act of providing the necessary documents (e.g., commercial invoice, packing list, and any required transport or customs documents) to the carrier or buyer so that the goods can be transported and export formalities completed.
