The document handover, if any, is part of the agreement but the seller has no obligation to arrange transport or load the goods. From the point of delivery, the buyer bears all costs and risks of movement, including transport, insurance, and customs formalities. The seller's responsibility ends with placing the goods and any agreed documents at the disposal of the buyer.
