DAP practical error

Quelle: https://iccwbo.org/resources-for-business/incoterms-2020/
DAP (Delivered at Place) means the seller delivers the goods, ready for unloading, at a named place of destination. A common practical error in applying DAP is misallocating responsibilities (export clearance, customs duties, delivery, or unloading) or misinterpreting the named place or the point of delivery, leading to increased costs and risks due to unclear obligations for the seller or buyer.
