DAP delivery delay

DAP (Delivered At Place) means the seller is responsible for delivering the goods to the named place, ready for unloading, and bears all risks and costs up to that point. A delivery delay under DAP occurs when the seller fails to make the goods available at the named destination on the contractually agreed time or within the agreed deadline, causing the buyer to receive the goods later or experience further delays.
