CPT Carrier Change
Quelle: https://iccwbo.org/resources-for-business/incoterms-rules/
In CPT (Carriage Paid To), the seller delivers the goods to a carrier named by the seller at the named place of shipment, with risk transferring to the buyer upon handover to the first carrier. The term “Carrier Change” describes a situation where, during the transport, the carrier is replaced by another carrier (e.g., for a subsequent leg). Costs and risk transfer are governed by the contract and the Incoterms rules at the agreed change point.
