Incoterms milestone delivery
Quelle: https://iccwbo.org/resources-for-business/incoterms/
A milestone delivery is a contractual arrangement in which shipments are made in defined, time-bound phases. At each milestone, the corresponding portion of goods is delivered, and the transfer of risk and costs follows the agreed Incoterms when that milestone is reached. This delivery approach supplements standard Incoterms by establishing sequence, control points, and acceptance criteria.
