Border closure due to force majeure
Quelle: https://www.investopedia.com/terms/f/force-majeure.asp
A temporary border restriction on cross-border movement of goods and people declared or triggered by events outside the control of the parties involved (e.g., war, natural disasters, political decisions) that makes normal cross-border transport impossible or substantially impeded. In logistics, this can suspend or modify contractual obligations until the event is resolved and normal transport can resume.
