Warehouse Dependency Risk is the risk that warehouse operations, inventory supply, or storage processes depend on one or more single points of failure (such as suppliers, IT systems, infrastructure, personnel, or locations). If any of these dependencies are disrupted or fail, it can lead to supply interruptions, delays, increased costs, or the need for compensating actions.
