A transport service contract is a contractual framework under which a service provider (e.g., a carrier, freight forwarder, or logistics service provider) delivers transport-related services to the client for a fee. The contract specifies the scope of services, duration, compensation, invoicing terms, liability, insurance, quality and safety requirements, and termination and remedies in case of performance failures.
