Under Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), the seller bears all costs and risks to deliver the goods to the named destination, including import duties and taxes, customs clearance, and transportation; cost transfer occurs at delivery to the named place of destination, with the buyer assuming minimal responsibility once delivery is made.
