EXW risk

Under EXW (Ex Works), the seller makes the goods available at their premises or another named place. From that point the risk and costs transfer to the buyer; the seller has minimal obligation beyond making the goods available. The buyer bears all responsibilities for transport, loading, export formalities, and insurance.
