DAP (Delivered at Place) means the seller bears all costs and risks to deliver the goods to the named place, ready for unloading. The risk transfers to the buyer when the goods are placed at the buyer's disposal at the named place, ready for unloading. The buyer is responsible for import clearance and unloading unless otherwise agreed.
