retention of title clause
Quelle: https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eigentumsvorbehalt
A contractual clause under which ownership of the goods remains with the seller until the buyer has paid the full purchase price. Ownership transfers only upon full payment; until then the seller retains title and may take back the goods if the buyer defaults. Common in trade and logistics for secured transactions.
